Waking up to the sounds of the morning birds, fresh rosemary and rejuvenating you’re sight to neatly dug berms of pumpkin and strawberries growing under you’re customized “fort hobbit” - Kalitusi backpackers is a great gateway, and you wouldn’t want to miss their breakfast served and the pleasing sweet sound of music to start you’re day !!!!

We had a fantastic time at Kalitusi. The dorms and the rest of the place were clean and very nice and the staff was always friendly. There are a lot of spots to relax and meet the other travelers and of course one of the best things is the awesome food! We will definitely come back and are highly recommend a stay at Kalitusi.

Stunning location, many activities, extremely clean, fantastic food and most importantly the beers were not doubled in price like many hostels, breakfast included for a very good price considering hostels in East Africa.
All the staff are excellent and create the perfect vibe.
